Please READ my appointment policy below before you reserve your appointment.

All new guest wanting extensions, custom wigs, or color service must book a in-person or virtual consultation first.  

 

Salon  Hours: Tuesday 11am-8pm Wednesday- Friday 7am-6pm

 

APPOINTMENT POLICY

All appointment must be booked via online booking site.  Unless you rebook at the time of service.

Your appointments are very important to the me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guest on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 1 week before your schedule appointment. Then a reminder 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. 

All Extension and Custom Color services require non-refundable deposit of 25% of service. After you reserve your appointment, you will receive a invoice to pay your deposit.  Deposit must be paid on the same day you reserved the appointment.  If deposit is not paid same day, your appointment will be canceled.  Deposit will be applied to your service balance. Deposit can be applied to (1) appointment time change if given a 48 hour notice.

***DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE***

Cancellation fee will apply to all other services if not given a 48 hour notice. 

 

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

IF IT IS FOUND THAT THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE FOR YOU IS NO GOOD, A FEW THINGS WILL HAPPEN:

1. You will be contacted and asked to update your card information.

2. If the card is not updated all future appointments will be cancelled.

3. If it is after a no call/no show you will be blocked from booking future appointments indefinitely.

You can not book an appointment WITHOUT a debit/credit card.  If an appointment is booked and later your card expires, has no funds available or intentionally removed; it forfeits ALL future appointments, as the requirment for booking has no longer been fulfilled.

 

This appointment policy allows me the time to inform guest on waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping my scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future guest. Thank you for viewing and supporting my policies.
